Ahoy! You’re a Treasure!
Today’s card features Lawn Fawn’s Ahoy Matey stamp set! I made a shaker card using Pretty Pink Posh’s Stitched Pieces die. I wanted to make the middle window look like an exploding box of treasure so I kept the shaker bits in golds and silvers. I even threw in a few stamped images of the coins and diamonds from the stamp set. The other two windows has an island and a pirate ship on “water” of white sequins and glitter. I blended peacock feather Distress Ink on the top and faded it down. The sentiment is stamped with the same Distress Ink as the background. I had to utilize my Misti and stamp that a few times to get the word “Treasure” sharp and crisp. I used Lawn Fawn bannertastic for the sentiment as well. I love how versatile Bannertastic is. I definitely recommend this set for your collection.
