Hello, friends! I was in a shaker card mood so I made this autumn greeting card with products from the Pretty Pink Posh September release. I started by stamping out the images from Pumpkin Patch Critters, coloring them with Copic markers and die cutting them out with coordinating dies. I set this aside to start on my background and shaker component.
I die cut the Thanks Leaf Shaker Die out of glitter card stock. I decided to cut on the “thanks” today but technically I could have left it. (I had a different design in my head originally but ended up aborting. This completed card could have kept the “thanks” word in the original die cut.) I die cut the Thanks Leaf Shaker die out of patter paper and inlaid my leaf into it. I put some acetate in the back and build up the entire panel with foam tape where I filled my shaker with gold and star confetti by Pretty Pink Posh. I adhere the card base and the base is done.
For the sentiment, I heat emboss it with gold embossing powder onto white card stock. I cut this down and added a little ink blending to the bottom just so it was so starch white. I then adhere the sentiment strip directly onto the card base and adhered my critters onto the card with foam tape. That’s it! My card is complete.
