Welcome to a very special Mama Elephant Design Team blog hop! We are celebrating 7 years this month with a fantastic new holiday release along with our amazing friends!
For my project today, I am using Snow Angels from the current release! These images are super cute and pair perfectly with Written in the Snow sentiments that are also part of this exciting release!
I started by coloring the images with my Arteza brush pens then die cutting some watercolor paper. Next I watercolored a light wash of color in pool for my background. After it dried, I stamped the sentiment and the ‘snow angel’ wings onto the background with Mama Elephant pigment ink in Fresh Mint.
To finish my card, I popped my colored images onto the “wings” with foam tape for dimension. I adhered the entire thing onto an A2 card base and my card is done!

I love how perfectly the animals fit in the snow angel outlines! The soft pool watercoloring is super cute, and the Fresh Mint ink is the perfect shadow color.
