Hello there! Today I made a shaker card combining Zodiac Dragon from the February release with an older set, Dim Sum Fun, for a punny birthday card. When I first saw Zodiac Dragons, besides the adorable dragons, the dumpling and bao images really stuck out to me. So I knew right away I wanted to make this card.
I first stamped and colored my images with Arteza and Zig markers. I die cut them with coordinating dies and set them aside.
For the background, I watercolored loosely in coordinating colors then die cut them with the outside frame from Pegworks – Creative Cuts. I stamped the sentiment from Dim Sum Fun in Mama Elephant Fresh Mint pigment ink and then built the shaker and filled it with fun iridescent confetti bits I got from Michael’s.
