Hey there! Just stopping by with this birthday card I made using Mama Elephant Me and My Dragon. I originally got this sent to make cards with my boys, but today I was inspired by all the cool little girls in my life who are little dragons.
I colored and stamped images from Me and My Dragon with Copic Markers then fussy cut them. They do have coordinating dies available but I never bought them and sometimes I just need a little fussy cutting in my life to stay humble. 😛
I made a quick and easy background by die cutting the Mama Elephant Cloudy Day Cover Die. I masked off the edges and ink blended with Distress Inks in Faded Jeans, lifted some color with water splatters and then splattered more Faded Jeans on top just for a lot of interest.
To finish, I adhered my images and heat emboss a sentiment from the set with white embossing powder onto of a strip of craft card stock and my card is finished!
