Today I am sharing Koala Hugs and Leafy Cover – Creative Cuts from the April 2021 release. I love a beautiful cover die and some cute critters so I combined them together for a very quick and easy card.
I colored a few images from Koala Hugs and die cut them with their coordinating dies.
I die cut the frame and ink blended with Distress Oxides in Peacock Feathers and Twisted Citron. I also ink blended a background piece in Abandoned Coral.
Assembly was quick and easy! I glued the frame onto the pink ink blended piece then popped my color images on with foam tape for dimension. I stamped a sentiment from the stamp set then mounted the entire thing onto a top-folding A2 card back and my card is finished!

This is so pretty. I love how you blended the die cut background and base, and used such soft but contrasting colors.
