Hello! Today I made a cute card highlighting Little Penguin Agenda from Mama Elephant. The agenda stamps are always adorable, but something about penguins really elevates that cute factor!
I started by coloring my penguins with Arteza markers and die cutting with coordinating dies. I then set them aside to work on my background.
To build my shaker, I used the new Ornate House Grid CC and die cut onto white card stock. Next, I decided to use vellum instead of activate for my window cover. I knew I wanted to use this card stock that I scored at the Mama Elephant anniversary party but it’s a little dark. I use vellum to mute the background a little bit but you can still see the shaker bits. (Tip: Using pattern paper reduces the amount of work and time it will take to make an interactive card like a shaker.)I hear embossed a sentiment from Holiday Messages onto the vellum then built my shaker card.
After the shaker was done, I adhered the shaker onto a top folding A2 card base.
Lastly, I adhered my little penguins onto the card with some tape runner and my card is completed.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Until next time.
