Today I am sharing a card I made with Newton’s Nook Designs Snow Much Cheer stamp set and Evergreens stencil. I’m usually not a stencil person because I’m a little intimidated by it, but I LOVE this stencil. It was easy to use and made such a sweet background for a scene card. Plus, it was SUPER fast, which I love.

I started by stamping my images onto watercolor paper and watercoloring these fun, little snowmen. Next, I fussy cut them all.

For the background, I ink blended Distress Ink Speckled Egg first, then put the Evergreen stencil over it and stenciled with Distress Ink in Rustic Wilderness. For the gradient look, I just added more color to the edges.

I stamped a sentiment from the stamp set on directly with red pigment ink. Then I adhered the snowman with foam tape for dimension. I mounted the entire scene on an A2 card base and my card is finished!
Super adorable!
