MAMA ELEPHANT Anniversary Stampede | Celebrating 8 Year

September 15, 2020

Welcome to a very special Mama Elephant Design Team blog hop! It’s been a whirlwind of a year and we thank you for all your continued support! This month we are celebrating 8 years with a fantastic new holiday release along with our amazing friends!

So join us with some free goodies and our annual sale!

First off, congratulations to the wonderful ladies of Mama Elephant for 8 years of adorable products! I wish you both nothing but more success and happiness not only because I love your products, but you two are very special people and deserve the world!

Okay, done with the mushy. 🙂

For my Stampede project, I used the adorable Oh Penguin Tree and Mixed Holiday Greetings stamp sets from the September anniversary release. I love their tree series and this penguin one might be my favorite!

I started by stamping the penguin images from the stamp set and coloring them with Copic markers. After I was finished, I die cut them with their coordinating dies.

Next I made a background by ink blending Distress Oxides in Milled Lavender, Shaded Lilac and Chipped Sapphire. I die cut the ink blended piece with the large frame from Cloud Nine – CC.

I added the ink blended piece to a A2 card base and popped all my penguin images onto it with foam tape for dimension.

For the sentiment, I stamped ” Merry Christmas from our home to yours” from Mixed Holiday Greetings with Distress Oxide Chipped Sapphire to keep the colors cohesive.

Lastly, I embellished my sky with Pretty Pink Posh sparkling clear snowflake confetti and my card is finished!

Thank you for stopping by and don’t forget to hop along at a chance to win some goodies! Ciao!
