MAMA ELEPHANT Mega Flipper – Creative Cuts | Highlight

July 24, 2020

Today I am sharing a fun interactive birthday card I made using Mama Elephant Mega Flipper. This card is so fun and so easy to make! I love this size and the sweet scallop edges of the windows.

Let’s begin! I first die cut all my pieces onto Bristol smooth card stock. I then used painter’s tape and masked off the scallop edges and ink blended with Distress Oxide in Peacock Feathers and Worn Lipstick. I did this for all 4 panels.

Next, I colored my images from Party Animal stamp set in coordinating colors and glued them directly onto each panel. For added interest, I decided to stamp the little images from Party Animal onto my ink blended panel – this really made it look more like a party!

For the sentiment, I stamped “happy bday” from Wishful Taggins with brown ink. I put some coordinating pattern paper onto an A2 card base and added the completed Mega Flipper onto it and my card is finished!

To see how the Mega Flipper is assembled, visit Mama Elephant’s YouTube channel and Rina will show you how it’s done. As always, thank you for stopping by! Ciao!
