Hello there! Today I am sharing a card featuring The Birthday Bash and boy does this gang know how to throw a party! The large image from this set is just so fun and festive it will bring a smile to any birthday recipient’s face! Today I paired it with Big Happy Birthday – Creative Cuts which is a amazing and large die that goes perfectly with our birthday bash critters!

First I stamped the images with brown ink and colored with Copic markers. I decided to go monochromatic here with all the purple Copics I owe – which isn’t a lot. After coloring and die cutting with the coordinating dies, I added a few white gel pen accents and set it aside to work on the rest of the card.

For the background, I die cut a piece of Bristol card stock with one of my favorite dies, the largest panel from Cloud Nine CC. I then ink blended with Distress Ink and dye inks to get a purple gradient that fades into white. It was important to leave a large area white since this is where my giant Happy Birthday die will be going.

Speak of which, I die cut the Big Happy Birthday CC with a royal purple cardstock three times and glued them together for dimension. I then had all the pieces to assembly my card!
I started assembly but adhering the balloons on the card with glue. I then glued the Big Happy Birthday CC onto the card base. Lastly, I adhered the Birthday Bash image with foam tape for added dimension and my card is finished!
I hope you liked my card today. Thank you so much for stopping by!
